By creating a Vanderbilt Freshdesk Account, you will be granted access to our latest support portal. This will enable you to utilize a variety of new features that will enhance your support experience and streamline the process.
The Freshdesk portal lets you:
You can conveniently generate tickets via the portal, allowing you to promptly notify us of any concerns or difficulties you may encounter and receive swift resolutions.
You can access both your past and present tickets via the portal, which provides a comprehensive overview of your support history and allows you to monitor the status of any ongoing requests.
You have access to a comprehensive information center that comprises frequently asked questions (FAQs) and helpful how-to guides. These resources are intended to empower you to resolve commonly asked issues independently.
Step 1 - Freshdesk Portal
- To get started in creating a Freshdesk account, Head over to https://vanderbilt.freshdesk.com/support/home
If you are on mobile or don't see Login | Sign up in the top right corner, Click on the menu icon in the top right corner to find Login | Sign
Step 2 - Signup
- In the top right corner click Sign up
Step 3 - Account Information
- Enter your email in the text box that says Your e-mail address
It's recommended to use your work email when creating an account
- Enter your password in the text box that says Password
Password requirements:
- Min length 10 characters
- Include at least 1 special character
