How to create a Freshdesk Account

By creating a Vanderbilt Freshdesk Account, you will be granted access to our latest support portal. This will enable you to utilize a variety of new features that will enhance your support experience and streamline the process.


The Freshdesk portal lets you:

  • You can conveniently generate tickets via the portal, allowing you to promptly notify us of any concerns or difficulties you may encounter and receive swift resolutions.

  • You can access both your past and present tickets via the portal, which provides a comprehensive overview of your support history and allows you to monitor the status of any ongoing requests.

  • You have access to a comprehensive information center that comprises frequently asked questions (FAQs) and helpful how-to guides. These resources are intended to empower you to resolve commonly asked issues independently.



Step 1 - Freshdesk Portal


If you are on mobile or don't see Login | Sign up in the top right corner, Click on the menu icon in the top right corner to find Login | Sign



Step 2 - Signup


  • In the top right corner click Sign up

     


Step 3 - Account Information


  • Enter your email in the text box that says Your e-mail address

    It's recommended to use your work email when creating an account


  • Enter your password in the text box that says Password

Password requirements:
- Min length 10 characters
- Include at least 1 special character
