How to map a rep code to your book of business?

Mapping allows you to link investor accounts to your book of Business


Step 1. - Map VA/VUL Agent ID


  1. From your Client List, Locate the Data Tools tab

  2. Under Data Tool, click Map VA/VUL Agent ID



Step 2. - Manage your ID’s


  1. Under Map VA/VUL Agent id, you can view and manage all of your Rep codes/ Agent IDs.
    1. Your Existing Agent IDs allows you to view all of your current Rep codes/ Agent IDs
    2. Map Agent ID Steps allow you to add additional Rep codes / Agent IDs
    3. Unmap Agent IDsallows you to remove Rep codes / Agents IDs from your Book of Business



Step 3. - Add a Rep code / Agent ID


  1. Enter Rep code / Agent ID
  2. Enter Client Account number
  3. Enter Clients ID
  4. When Done, Click Submit



Step 4. - Unmap Account Numbers


  1. Locate the Unmap Agent ID section at the bottom half of the page

  2. Find the Agent Id you would like to unmap

  3. In the far right hand column, Click Unmap

    Please note that by Unmapping a Rep code/Agent ID, Any Clients associated with this Rep code / Agent ID will be removed from your client list


Done


  1. You have now learned how to map/unmap a Rep code / Agent ID
