How to setup a clients access in Albridge?

TABLE OF CONTENTS


Step 1. - Select your client(s)


  1. From your Client list tab, locate the Client’s Name in the Client Name column you’d like to invite to Albridge.
  2. Follow that row until you see Invite
  3. Click Invite


     



Step 2. - Invitation for Client Access



You can Invite up to 100 clients at once


  1. The Client you invited should appear under Client Name
    Verify that the clients Name and Email are correct


  2. Select the desired Client Access Role from the drop down
  3. If everything looks correct, Click Send Invitation


     


  4. If you’d like to add additional clients, Click Add Client
    1. Type clients name in search bar, then press the Magnifying Glass icon to search

    2. Click the check box next to the clients name

    3. Press Add


Step 3. - Done


  • You have now invited your client to view their account in Albridge
    • An Access Code will be emailed to the client which is valid for 24 hours
    • Have your Client follow the instructions found in the invitation email to activate their account
  • You can check the status of your clients invitation from your Client List
    • Client access meanings
      • Active - Accepted Invitation
      • Pending - Invitation has been sent but Not Accepted
      • Invite - Client has yet been invited to Albridge



  • An invitation can be Re-Sent if still in Pending by clicking on Pending then clicking Re-Send Invitation


Additional Info


  • User Name Requirements:
    • The User Name must be between 6 and 20 characters.
    • It cannot contain the last four digits of your Social Security Number/Tax Identification Number
    • The User Name must be different the previous User Name.

  • Password Requirements:
    • Must contain < 8 > and <20 > characters.
    • Must contain at least one numeric, one alphabetic and one special character.
    • Must contain at least one of the following special characters { (@%+V/'#:.(){}[]-_ }
    • Must contain one upper case and lower case alphabetical character
    • Must be different from your User Name.
    • The password cannot include any part of your address.
    • Must be different from your current password.
    • Must be different from your previous (12) passwords.

  • It is important to note that you cannot complete the registration from the same active browser as was used to generate the registration e-mail.
  • In the event you are assisting an investor with registering you will need to close the internet browser after initiating the registration emails.
