How to create a portfolio of household accounts in Albridge?

A Portfolio can be used to combine multiple investors into one report. This allows you to group household members like spouses into one location for easy reporting


Step 1. - Create a portfolio


  1. There are two options to Create a Portfolio
    1. Option 1 - Click to three dots next to the clients name, click Create Portfolio



    2. Option 2 - Click into the Clients profile, under Quick Links, click Create Portfolio


Step 2. - Enter Client data


The selected clients account should automatically be pulled into the portfolio


  1. Create a Portfolio Name

  2. Verify all desired accounts are present

    1. You can remove an account from the portfolio by click the check box next to the accounts name



Step 3. - Adding Additional Clients (Optional)


  1. Under Clients/Accounts you can add additional clients or account
    1. Search by Clients Name, Social Security Number or Account Number

    2. Select the person(S) and account you would like to add

    3. Click Add Accounts located in the bottom left of the search window when done


Step 4. - Additional portfolio settings


  1. Select your desired preference for the fields listed below:
    1. Allow clients to view Portfolio
    2. Additional Portfolio Characteristics
    3. Performance Calculation
    4. Model (Optional)
    5. Benchmarks (Optional)
    6. Benchmarks (Optional)
    7. Asset Class Level (Optional)


Step 5. - Create Portfolio


  1. Once the you have all your clients and account in the portfolio, click Create located at the bottom of the page


Step 6. - Access Reports


  1. To access your report, click Run Report



Step 7. - Preview and Export Report


  1. After clicking Run Report in step 6, a preview report will open
  2. Here you can verify holdings per clients accounts
  3. If you like to export your report, click Export PDF


Step 8. - Done


  • You have now learned how to created a portfolio for your client.
