If you have entered your current password incorrectly three times, the password deactivates, and you must reset the password. To reset your password follow these steps.
- On the Wealthscape Investor Sign In page, select Forgot Password?
- Enter either the Username or Investor ID and select Submit.
- Select either Text me or Call me, and then choose Continue.
- The window below displays if the end you have previously provided contact information in Wealthscape Investor. - You will receive a one-time code via text or phone call.
- Enter the security code received via text or phone call and select Submit.
- On the Reset your password window, follow guidelines to enter a new password.
Green check marks display as the password satisfies each guideline
- In the Confirm your password field, enter the new password again.
- Select Submit.
- Select Return to Login Page. Shortly, the you will receive an email to ensure that you know that someone reset their password.
