How to reset your password in Docupace?

Step 1.



Step 2.

  1. Click the Username bar, Enter Username

  2. Click the email bar, Enter email

  3. Once Username and Email are filled in, Click on I’m not a robot

  4. Once done with CAPTCHA, click Verify

  5. You will be sent an Email from doNotReply@docupace.com with a temp password.


If you don't remember your username or email, reach out to Tech Support
Step 3.

  • Login to your Vanderbilt associated email account and check for a new email from doNotReply@docupace.com. If you do not see a new email check your spam folder
  • After receiving your temp password, copy the temp password and return to the Docupace Sign in page

You can copy this temp password by holding Left Click/Mouse and highlighting the password. Then move your mouse cursor over the highlighted section and Right Click/Mouse and copy or press ctrl+c on your keyboard


Step 4.

  1. Enter your Username
  2. Enter the temp password you received from the email
  3. Once both Username and Password are entered, Click Sign In


Step 5.

This will open up a new prompt to choose a new password

  1. Type in your old Password where it says Old password
  2. Type in your new password where it says New password
  3. Retype in your new password where it says Confirm new password to confirm the password
  4. Press change password when all the information is inputted


Done.


  • From here you should be logged into your new account with your new password
