Note: > If you change your DocuSign password at any point, you will need to update the password in Docupace if you want to E-sign something. > If you go to e-sign and get an error message saying “SOAP” it means you have the wrong credentials. > The method below can be used to update DocuSign credentials as well
Step 1. - Log into Docupace
- Log into Docupace
- Click on the drop down arrow next to your username in the Top right
- A new drop window should appear, Click on Settings
Step 2. - eSign Credentials
In this new window you should see two sections User Profile and Search and Sorting Preferences
Go to the User Profile section and find eSign Credentials and click Docusign
Step 3. - DocuSign user info
Enter in your DocuSign email and password where they ask for it.
Make sure it is the password for DocuSign and not the one used to Log in for Docupace
Enter in the DocuSign account ID for your firm.
The tech support team in our back office will have it and most likely will have already entered it into your account. If not, you can email us at tech.support@vanderbiltsecurities.com
Step 4. - Save & Close
- Once you have entered your information, Click Save and Close located in top right corner of your screen
Done.
- You have now connected your Docupace and DocuSign accounts
If you have any issue with any of these steps contact Tech support at tech.support@vanderbiltsecurities.com or Call at 631-845-5100
