Going paperless in Wealthscape Investor is a great way to reduce clutter and help the environment. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to make the switch:
- Login into Wealthscape: First, log in to your Wealthscape account using your username and password.
- Click on the Menu icon in the top right corner: Once you're logged in, click on the menu icon in the top right corner of the screen. This will open up a dropdown menu.
- Under the Services Section, Click on Document Delivery Instructions: From the dropdown menu, Under the "Services > Service & Workflow" section. Then, click on "Document Delivery Instructions."
- Select which account or accounts you'd like to enroll in paperless: From the Document Delivery Instructions screen, select the account or accounts that you'd like to enroll in paperless.
- Select which documents you would like to receive electronically: Next to each account is four or five document types that you can choose the delivery type for. Select Electronic Delivery next to the documents you want paperless or Select U.S. if you want to stop Electronic Delivery.
- Confirms/Confirming Prospectuses
- Statements & Regulatory Inserts
- Eligible Customer Correspondence
- Tax Forms & Related Disclosures
- Shareholder Reports (Incl. Prospectuses) & Other Documents
- Once you've made your selections, click "Save This Account" to confirm your changes.
- When the Electronic Notification Agreement displays, Select "I agree"
- You have successfully move to a electronic delivery
