How to reset your username or password in Black Diamond

In this article you will learn how to reset your username or password in Black Diamond. 

Step 1 - Trouble Logging In

1. Go to Black Diamonds website 
   
2. On the Login page page, Click Trouble Logging In?

   
   

   
   

Step 2 - What’s the problem?

1. On the next screen you are prompted with three trouble shooting tasks, Pick a solution that best suites your problem.
   
   

   
   

   1. I forgot my password - Reset your password by providing your username. You will get an email to set a new password.
      
      
   2. I forgot my username - Retrieve your username by providing the email address associated with your user in Black Diamond. You will receive an email listing your username.
      
      
   3. I need to unlock my account - Submit your username to have your account unlocked after having three or more invalid login attempts. You will receive an email to set a new password.
